Sarah Gray’s Preserves was founded by husband and wife team Sarah and Sandy Gray on their farm in Angus in 2012.
Making beautiful preserves using fruit sourced around their farm, they built the business until selling in 2022 to Lindsey Anderson, owner of The Little Herb Farm in Cupar, in Fife.
Lindsey has made jam herself for years, having lovely memories of picking brambles from the side of the road as a wee girl with her granny to make bramble jam and being shown how to make fantastic marmalade by hand by her mum. Lindsey has continued the tradition making jam over the years with her own children and also in the early days of The Little Herb Farm.
Now, the jam is all made by her fabulous, small team in her production facility in Fife, still using the very best berries and making sure every product is of the highest quality. Having expanded the range and tweaked some recipes, these award-winning preserves are becoming family favourites in homes around the UK and abroad.
